There’s nothing better than a freshly made gourmet mushroom pizza with a chilled classic Darjeeling Kombucha at home.

Ingredients Required -

Instructions -
  • Keep the pizza dough out for at least 1 hour
  • Stretch the dough in the shape you prefer; 10-12 inches in size for a circle
  • Spread the sauce evenly across the base
  • Saute the mushrooms in Garlic and Basil Olive Oil with onion and garlic
  • Add basil, sauteed mushrooms, cheese, toppings of your choice. Drizzle a bit of olive oil
  • Wait for 8-15 mins (depending on the highest heat setting) for the pizza to cook until golden brown and cheese to be melted and bubbly.
  • Pull the pizza out and enjoy!

Special tip: To enhance the flavors, drizzle some flavored olive oil over the pizza after it comes out of the oven.

Ingredients Required -

Instructions -

  • Cook pasta as per instructions. Drain reserving 1/2 cup pasta water 
  • Heat the Chilli and Rosemary oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat 
  • Toss pasta with Living Food Red Pepper Sauce, adding pasta water by the tablespoon, if needed 
  • Toss till the sauce gets nicely absorbed into the pasta 
  • Season with salt, pepper, and Living Food Italian herbs to taste 
  • Serve hot & dig in

 For the garlic bread, toast herbed garlic bread and sprinkle with parsley and parmesan cheese or vegan parmesan, as per your liking.

Special tip: Salt your water while cooking the pasta. For every three litres of water, 1 tbsp of salt should be added.

Ingredients Required -

Instructions -

  • In a large non-stick skillet or wok, heat the Living Food Sesame Oil over medium-high heat
  • Once the oil is hot but not smoking, add tofu with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • Sauté, stirring every minute or so until the tofu is nicely colored on all sides and the moisture has cooked off in about 8 to 10 minutes 
  • Add some garlic, roughly two-thirds of green onion, spinach, bell peppers, ginger, Living Food Harissa Chilli Paste, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • Stir and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute

     

    Special tip: Serve it with sticky rice for the perfect pairing.
