Mango Mastani (Mango Smoothie)
As far as smoothies go, nothing beats a Mango smoothie. It’s a great way to refresh yourself on a hot day.
1 Cup Mango, Diced
2 Long Scoops of Mangoes
1 Cup Full Cream Milk
2 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
Pop the Mango slices into the blender with a little sweetener or sugar, add a cup of milk and blend to a smooth thick milkshake. Add ice cubes for a perfectly cooling, refreshing drink.
Arrange the long scoops of Mango on either side of the glass, add a scoop of Vanilla as a separator, then pour the smoothie into the glass. Top off with a scoop of ice cream and some diced Mango and garnish with a sprig of mint.
PS: To make it extra sinful, garnish it with some chopped dry fruits like pista and almonds.

1 Tbsp Oil
2 Cloves Garlic Finely Diced
½ Medium Onion
2 Tsp Grated Fresh Ginger
½ Cup White Sugar
½ Cup White Vinegar
1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
½ Tsp Cumin
½ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
¼ Tsp Cinnamon
3 Large ripe Mangoes, peeled and diced
Sauté garlic, onion and ginger in oil over medium flame until translucent.
Mix all the ingredients into a pot and simmer over low flame, for around an hour.
Take it off the flame, mash the pulp to the consistency you desire. Chill and serve with an accompaniment of your choice.

Vodka + Grand Marnier
Salt + Pinch of Red Chilli Powder
Puree the mango. Use ripe mangoes for a sweet, flavourful cocktail.
Rim the Martini glass with lime juice and salt with a pinch of red chillies in it.
Add 30ml Vodka, 30ml Grand Marnier, 60ml Mango puree and 20ml lime juice into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well for 30 seconds. Pour immediately and serve.
