This firm cheese has a rich, creamy and slightly nutty taste. Named for the Swiss town of Gruyere, this cheese is one of the most popular cheeses in Europe. It is good for bakes and is a great melting cheese.
Our handcrafted, artisanal Gruyere is made in the Himalayas with fresh cow's milk that is collected from the farmers and pasteurized before its use.
How to Use: It is best paired with crackers & olives and goes exceptionally well with pickled onions. Use it with both Indian and European cuisine for a world-class flavour.
