This popular firm yet creamy cheese is rich with a nutty flavour and packs a punch with the aromatic spice of Kashmiri Chillies. Named for the town of Cheddar in England, from where it originates, this popular cheese goes well with sandwiches and crackers and is a great addition to salads.

Our handcrafted, artisanal cheddar is made in the Himalayas with fresh cow's milk that is collected from the farmers and pasteurized before its use. 

How to Use: It is best paired with crackers & olives and goes exceptionally well with pickled onions. Use it with both Indian and European cuisine for a world-class flavour.
