Description
These kohlrabi microgreens have a lavender-coloured stem and green leaves, which makes them visually pop. They have a taste similar to cabbage or turnip greens.
Use
Take advantage of their vibrant colour to add visual appeal to any dish. Add just before serving, to avoid wilting the leaves and robbing the microgreens of their crunch.
Nutrition
Kohlrabi microgreens are a good source of Thiamin, Folate, Magnesium and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Potassium, Copper and Manganese.
