A rare delicacy, this Himalayan Black Tofu is made from Organic Himalayan Black Beans sourced from the verdant hills of the Kumaon region in Uttarakhand. These indigenous beans are an ancient grain of the Himalayan region and an excellent source of nutrition.

Storage: Kindly note that oozing of water is a perfectly natural process for the Tofu. Cut open the package, drain the excess water and store it in an airtight container inside the fridge. Do not freeze. Consume within 5 days, once opened.
