Made with organic whole flour and organic turmeric, this quintessential Italian pasta is carefully weighed and kneaded, giving the pasta a soft and porous texture that holds the sauce beautifully.

A healthier alternative to enjoy guilt-free! All our pasta is air-dried, to preserve the nutrients and achieve the perfect bite.

How to Use: Bring water to boil in a pot (approximately 1 litre for 100 grams of Pasta). Add salt to boiling water. Once water is on a rolling boil, place the pasta carefully in salted boiling water.

Cook till al-dente in 6-7 minutes. For best results, drain pasta and toss in the sauce and serve immediately.
