Refund and Cancellation Policy

We are always working towards making Living Bowls exactly what you want for you and your family’s wholesome nutritional needs. Your feedback and guidance can help us decide what to build, and what improvements should be made to our existing services. In the event that you are unsatisfied with the services provided, we are willing to offer a full refund, provided the reason for a request of refund is genuine and submitted with proof. 

Please read the fine print of each purchase before you make the payment, as it provides the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case you are dissatisfied with our services, you have the liberty to cancel the orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled immediately after booking, within 5 minutes, will be cancelled at no extra charge. Orders cancelled after 5 minutes of order confirmation will be charged in full, with no refund.

Refund Policy

While we try to create the best experience for our customers, in the event of dissatisfaction with the received product, we will offer a refund.  

We will fully refund orders that have issues regarding wrong items, spoilt items, spilt or unsanitary delivery conditions or late deliveries. 

If you are unsatisfied with the taste, please reach out to us, we are always on the journey towards improving our products and would love to take your feedback. 

If paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit or debit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway payments, a refund will be made to the same account.
