How to Store:
Delivered unripe so they can naturally ripen without any chemicals or additives.
To check when mango is ripe, apply firm but gentle pressure to the fruit. If it gives slightly when squeezed, it is ripe and ready to eat. It will also emit a slightly sweet and fragrant aroma from the stem end as it becomes riper.
Once mangoes start turning yellow, you can dip them in water for a few hours before consumption. This will remove the excess heat from the Mangoes.
Don'ts: Don't wait for them to turn to a fully bright yellow colour.
Do's: Do watch out for the top central area, if it starts turning black, it is advisable to cut them as otherwise, they will start turning black due to over-heating.
Once ripened, store the mangoes in the fridge. Chill and Enjoy!
