Bringing to you our most colorful pasta, these are shell shapes, conchiglie (con-kay-lee) in a 100% organic semolina (suji/rava) dough made brighter and better with organic turmeric, spinach, and beetroot. Not only are they such a treat to look at, they cook up so easily in 5-6 minutes to al-dente and a quick toss with a versatile Aglio olio makes them a delightful bowl of pasta goodness. They would go as well in your sauce of choice - the pasta-bilities are endless!

How to Use: Bring water to boil in a pot (approximately 1 litre for 100 grams of Pasta). Add salt to boiling water. Once water is on a rolling boil, place the pasta carefully in salted boiling water.
Cook till al-dente in 6-7 minutes. For best results, drain pasta and toss in the sauce and serve immediately.
