Beetroot Fettuccine is soft and handmade artisanal pasta, perfect for an incredibly flavourful pasta dish.
Made with organic semolina flour, beetroots, organic whole wheat and olive oil each batch of dough is carefully weighed and kneaded, giving the pasta a soft and porous texture that holds the sauce beautifully. With the added goodness of beetroot, this plum coloured pasta is healthy too!
All our pasta is air-dried, to preserve the nutrients and achieve the perfect bite.
How to Use: Bring water to boil in a pot (approximately 1 litre for 100 grams of Pasta). Add salt to boiling water. Once water is on a rolling boil, place the pasta carefully in salted boiling water.
Cook till al-dente in 6-7 minutes. Drain pasta and toss in the sauce and serve immediately.
