Description:

Twisted, and springy fusilli pasta's dough is carefully kneaded with the goodness of millets like jowar, bajra, ragi, and foxtail millet. The twists and turns in the pasta help hold meaty and thin sauces perfectly. 

Its shape is perfect to hold chunky as well as other sauces like pesto or arrabbiata very well. Toss in a Mediterranean dish with bell pepper, garlic, onions and Living Classic Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce-Freshly Made.

The pasta is extruded through bronze dies to give it a homemade taste and porous structure. They are air-dried at a low temperature depending upon their shape, to preserve nutrients and achieve the perfect bite.

How to use: Bring 2-3 litres of water to boil for 250 grams of pasta, add a pinch of salt and cook for 16-7 minutes till al dente (firm to bite). Once boiled, add your favourite sauces, vegetables and a generous amount of cheese.
