Classic Fettucine, made with organic white flour and eggs, rolled into ribbons and dried using time-tested techniques at low temperatures to maintain the integrity and benefits of the handpicked ingredients that make it.
These handcrafted Fettucine ribbons are about 1/4th of an inch wide and pair perfectly with any sauce of your choice.
Handmade with bronze dies, it has a wonderful flavour. The texture and taste of bronze extruded pasta are truly unique and considered far more superior to their commercial counterparts.
How to Use: Bring water to boil in a pot (approximately 1 litre for 100 grams of Pasta). Add salt to boiling water. Once water is on a rolling boil, place the pasta carefully in salted boiling water.
Cook till al-dente in 6-7 minutes. For best results, drain pasta and toss in the sauce and serve immediately.
