Pappardelle is a wide pasta that is typically cooked with rich sauces that can coat the pasta ribbons and offer a luxurious pasta experience. Go ahead and indulge! It is meant to be eaten with a childlike abandon - to gobble up, and it's hard not to when it tastes as good as this does.
These are extruded through traditional bronze dies which adds a beautiful texture to the pasta. Bronze extruded pasta is considered far superior in taste and texture to its commercial counterparts.
How to Use: Bring water to boil in a pot (approximately 1 litre for 100 grams of Pasta). Add salt to boiling water. Once water is on a rolling boil, place the pasta carefully in salted boiling water.
Cook till al-dente in 6-7 minutes. For best results, drain pasta and toss in the sauce and serve immediately.
