Strozzapreti, (pronounced Stroh-zaa-prey-tee) is a long elongated shape made by twisting the past dough around so it creates hollows around the sides and an 'S' shape at the end.
It is a beautiful pasta shape created through bronze dies, made in the traditional way with an eggless dough made of Semolina and Wholewheat (to keep it healthy and taste delicious still!).
With all those double S hollows for the sauce to creep in, and all that texture for it to hang onto, it is sure to win your heart!
Try the Strozzapreti in a pasta salad, with our Classic Basil Pesto or the spicy Arrabiata.
Ingredients: Organic Whole Wheat, Organic Semolina, Olive Oil
How to Use: Bring water to boil in a pot (approximately 1 litre for 100 grams of Pasta). Add salt to boiling water. Once water is on a rolling boil, place the pasta carefully in salted boiling water.
Cook till al-dente in 6-7 minutes. For best results, drain pasta and toss in the sauce and serve immediately.

Storage: Best before 3 months from manufacturing. Store in air tight containers away from heat, light and humidity.
