A pretty pasta! Gigli which stands for ‘lilies’ in Italian is a bell-shaped pasta with ruffled edges. Made with 100% semolina kneaded carefully into a dough. The taste of this pasta gets enhanced when paired with meaty, and thick sauces or in baked dishes. 

The shape of Gigli is perfect to hold chunky as well as other sauces like pesto or arrabbiata very well. Toss in a Mediterranean dish with bell pepper, garlic, onions and Living Classic Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce. 

The pasta is extruded through bronze dies to give it a homemade taste and porous structure. They are air-dried at a low temperature depending upon their shape, to preserve nutrients and achieve the perfect bite.

How to use: Bring 2-3 liters of water to boil for 250 grams of pasta, add a pinch of salt and cook for 6-7 minutes till al dente (firm to bite). Once boiled, add your favorite sauces, vegetables, and a generous amount of cheese.
