This semi-soft cheese is lightly sweet and soft and has a mild flavour. It goes well with most dishes. Named for the Dutch town of Gouda, this cheese is handcrafted in the Himalayas using traditional techniques and fresh cow's milk.
Mild Plain Gouda is naturally aged between 3 to 4 months. Our artisanal cheese is made from the best quality milk that is collected from the farmers and pasteurized before its use.
How to Use: It is best paired with crackers & olives and goes exceptionally well with pickled onions. Use it with both Indian and European cuisine for a world-class flavour.
