Nutty and earthy in flavour, Moth Beans (Whole) are yellowish-brown in colour and are oval in shape. It is loaded with several nutrients and is rich in protein and fibre.

Matki Dal has a short cooking time and is widely used in North Indian recipes, especially in Rajasthan. It is used in dal tadka, curries, soups and khichdi. They can also be sprouted and added to salads for a wholesome experience.

Our Matki Dal has no added chemicals, polishes or colours. It is organically grown using sustainable agricultural practices.

How to use: To prepare Matki Dal for dal and curry, soak for 6 hours and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles. To make sprouts, soak them for 12-18 hours till white roots emerge and the dal is soft to eat. Rinse well before consuming. You can also add boiled or sprouted Matki Dal to chaats and salads.
