Rajma that's been soaked overnight, cooked and then simmered with onions, tomatoes, and spices makes a delicious meal. They are often used to make rajma chawal, and kofta, or consumed as sprouts.
Our Red Rajma has no added chemicals, polishes or colours. It is organically grown using sustainable agricultural practices.
How to use: To prepare Red Rajma for curry, soak for 8-9 hours and pressure cook for 5-6 whistles. To make sprouts, soak for 24-36 hours till white roots emerge and the rajma is soft to eat. Rinse well before consuming. You can also add boiled or sprouted Red Rajma to chaats and salads.
