This handcrafted artisan pasta is made using a traditional, authentic Italian recipe. This pasta is an Italian classic that goes well with creamy sauces.
Made with organic semolina flour, whole wheat and turmeric, each batch of dough is carefully weighed and kneaded, giving the pasta a soft and porous texture that holds the sauce beautifully.
All our pasta is air-dried, to preserve the nutrients and achieve the perfect ‘bite’.
How to Use: Bring water to boil in a pot (approximately 1 litre for 100 grams of Pasta). Add salt to boiling water. Once water is on a rolling boil, place the pasta carefully in salted boiling water.
Cook till al-dente in 6-7 minutes. For best results, drain pasta and toss in the sauce and serve immediately.
