Organic White Radish is only available for delivery in Bangalore
Known for their crunchy texture, subtly sweet and peppery taste. The white or daikon radishes are filled with water ( 94%) and when cooked becomes soft like potatoes in texture.
It aids in good digestion by breaking fat in food and preventing acidity. It is most suitable to eat it raw, as the digestive enzyme which helps in better digestion is not heat resistant.

How to Use: Pickle them in salt water ( brine), slice them for salads, add them to sambar, curries, chutneys and parathas.
