Toasted Millet Muesli: Fig and Honey with Salted Pistacchios
This wholesome, healthy muesli is packed with whole grains, rolled oats, ragi and jowar, loaded with roasted almonds and high-quality pistachios and pieces of real fig fruit. Our muesli is sweetened by natural honey and palm jaggery which has a very low glycemic index. This nutritious muesli also contains sunflower seeds and flax seeds. It is an excellent source of vitamin E which is the body's primary fat-soluble antioxidant. It also contains flax seeds which are the richest source of plant-based omega 3 fatty acids in the world.
HOW TO USE: To be eaten with cold milk or yoghurt or as a snack. Delicious on ice cream or can be baked into healthy muffins.
